CHOCOLATE COOKIES
Ingredients:
100 g of butter
175 g of sugar
1 egg
a pinch of salt
a few drops of vanilla essence
200 gr of flour
4 g of Royale baking powder
100g chocolate chips
Preparation :
1. Beat the butter at room temperature with the sugar
until it turns white, add the vanilla essence,
the pinch of salt and the egg, mix well Sift the flour
with the Royale baking powder and add it to the
previous mixture. Finally add the nuggets of
chocolate. Form a ball of soft dough without too much
knead. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least
least 30 minutes.
2. Roll the dough half a centimeter thick,
cut circles and place them on a sheet of
cooking gr Bake at 190o C for approximately 7
minutes. Tips: You will realize that they are ready
when the edges of the cookies start to show
slightly brown. It is important not to wait
that they brown on top, otherwise they will be too hard
when they cool down.
3. It is important to let the dough rest
refrigerator so that they keep their shape when
are cooked. To stretch the dough you can help us with a
little flour on the counter, but be careful not to
overdo it, otherwise the biscuits would be like
stones.
